I know that mainstream media and common thinking has stressed subjects like maths, science, and language for children to become highly capable and successful people, but there’s just one thing missing from that equation.

And that’s physical exercise.
It’s a common misconception that new parents make all the time. Instead of letting their baby roam freely, they swaddle them into a little bundle. That’s why I wanted to pull up this video. A while back, I was on CBS and I spoke precisely on the topic of exercise.
